Policies (Please read )

Client should understand when booking we have the right to dpost your design on our platform for marketing purposes.

Client should understand if you are being rude I have all right to cancel your service with me and you will not be refunded .

Client should understand that any information is submitted by them is what will be used to make their project . Anything that is not submitted will not be the fault of the designer

TURN AROUND TIME

The turn around time for all designs are 2-7business days depending on the service you booked . It does not include holidays , weekends and hours outside my business hours. The turn around time starts when you make your deposit and how long it takes for you to send the necessary documents.

Please note services purchased after 5pm will not be processed until 9 am the next business day . 

ABANDONMENT OF PROJECT

After payment is made if you fail to respond to us after 14 business days your project / service will be closed unless agreed upon otherwise. I reserve the right to keep all payment made . If you wish to continue working on this project with me you will have to pay a fee of $25 to reopen .

REFUNDS

Due to the nature of this service we do not issue refunds once a deposit is made or full payment .

REVISION

Clients are only allowed 2 free revisions . After those two revision clients will incur a fee of $10 for each revision.

Please note revisions will push the turn around time to be longer than expected after first drafts are sent .

The revision fee should be paid before we make these changes .

PAYMENT

We currently only a cashapp , bank transfers and zelle  . Depending on the case we will accept money through western Unio/ money gram .
